Regular Meeting Information

The Magnolia Union School District Board generally meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month except for the month of July. The meetings start at 6:00 p.m. and are held in the Blaine Smith Multipurpose Room. 

The public is invited to all District Board meetings and invited to register to address comments to the Board.

Registration for Public Comment

Individuals must register to make public comment and may do so using the physical register provided for this purpose at the meeting site. Registration for comment must be made before the start of the meeting. Individuals will be called by name when it is their turn for comment, either at the start of the meeting or immediately before the item is considered. The Board may set a time limit for comments. 

Comments in Regular Meetings

Members of the public may directly address the Board on any item of interest to the public that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. No action will be taken on items raised during public comment, unless otherwise noted on the previously-published meeting agenda.

*Any public records distributed to the Board of Trustees less than 72 hours in advance of the meeting and relating to an open session item will be available for public inspection on the District's website on this page via www.magnoliaunion.org (as an attachment to the specific agenda item) or at the scheduled meeting. Physical copies of records may be requested at 4502 Casey Rd, Brawely CA.  The document will be made available at the same time as it is distributed to Board members.
